    I weighed myself this morning thinking it was weigh-in day, lol! That's what I get for staying up so late. hee-hee!

    12/31/2012:

    216.0 lbs

    That is a 3 lb lost from last week, even though I didn't officially record it. I had a 2 lb gain in the last 3 weeks...I'll take a loss regardless!

    I won't bore you with any info on the inches, I just want to track/see most of them get lower! Some may get bigger b/c I just started weight training, so that won't bother me a bit!

    I just joined this group, weighed in at 183 on 01/01/13. Love the idea of a pound a week, but am also going to set some mini goals - well more like celebrations - for 5%, 10%, etc. Not sure of the 5% celebration yet but for the 10% I'm getting an iPad mini!!

    I joined yesterday but journey started Xmas. Didn't lose but didn't gain anything since yey :smile: so my starting weight is 186lbs
    My goal is 155lbs (31lbs) . I was there before:grumble: but 2012 was a really tough year but hopefully by Aug 06

  • I am in as well. A pound a week is a great goal since my weight goes up and down more than a yo-yo.

    My starting weight for the year is 204.
    My goal weight is between 165 and 170.

    Hi Y'all. I just found this group, so am interested to join. I did weigh in on the 1st. I weighed in at 273.8. I will be weighing in each Tuesday. Baby Steps is what we need. We didn't put it on overnight, it won't come off overnight. Thanks.

    CRAP! Sorry I'm late! I didn't get a chance to weigh myself until today (my scale at home is fritzing!!) I am SO not happy! My starting weight is 291 (WAAHHH!!!) I'm starting to get some bloat from TOM so I'm hoping some of it's just bloat...BUT, there is the weight lol!!

    I really really ask you all to be honest with me and not baby me ..lol. I need accountability and will make all the excuses in the world if I am allowed! lol

    Instead, you could report how much your weight has changed since your last weigh in. I also don't think weighing in is mandatory; it's a tool for us to use along the way. I think reporting a change in weight does exactly the same thing as reporting your actual weight, IMO.

    My starting weight is 99.2kg (218 pounds). I want to be 68kg (150 pounds) at the end of the year, so lots to go but I will get there.
