I have challenged myself to work out in the mornings before work, that means getting up at 4:30 everyday. So far this year, I am 4 for 4 on getting up. Today I almost hit the snooze but I got up, worked out, and feeling great about it!!0 -

I was 135 my whole life and even when I got married...gained a bunch on my honeymoon and got to 151...then got pregnant....had the baby lost the weight but then went back to 147 and got pregnant again...after the second baby I am determined not to get pregnant at these weights....I'd like to be 135 when I get pregnant with #3!0 -

finally got on the scales this morning, but started logging my food intake already on January 1st. I am kind if embarrassed about my starting weight, but we are under friends, right? Admitting to it finally gives me that urge to change it. I did it 4 years ago and I know I can do it again. Her we go
