I've lost 10.8kg | 23lb since my last post, 29th October. This brings my TOTAL weight loss since September 11 to 21.9kg | 48lb.

    Well done you!

    I think we all went astray over Christmas. I'm back and keen to get back on track. Next Saturday will be week 19 of the original challenge, I hope to be back down to 200lb by then with a 1lb per week goal. Will report back on Saturday and start the week 19 thread.
