Long journey ahead, but Im liking what I see. My wife asked me why it took so long for me to do this, I told her Ive never had accountability partners throughout, which is exactly what it is!

    Everyone is off to a great start. The hardest part isnt getting started. It's keeping it going. This is not about just losing weight. It's about changing your lifestyle into a healthy one. Thank you guys for putting this together.
