I did better this week, I ended up gaining a bit, but somehow losing it. I'm happy about that:)

I didn't lose any...but didn't gain any either. Cut out wheat, glueten, and dairy so next week should be better.0

Are you allergic or did you decide to do it for health reasons?
I have a million allergies but gluten or dairy weren't on the list! figure that out! haha0 -

Are you kidding me? ONLY a pound?! Do you know what a pound of fat looks like? To me a pound is amazing! Maybe just me but I think great! I only lost .2 but I will snatch it because a LOSS! That is so better then nothing!0
