I weighed myself this morning thinking it was weigh-in day, lol! That's what I get for staying up so late. hee-hee!

216.0 lbs
That is a 3 lb lost from last week, even though I didn't officially record it. I had a 2 lb gain in the last 3 weeks...I'll take a loss regardless!

I won't bore you with any info on the inches, I just want to track/see most of them get lower! Some may get bigger b/c I just started weight training, so that won't bother me a bit!

I joined yesterday but journey started Xmas. Didn't lose but didn't gain anything since yeyso my starting weight is 186lbs

CRAP! Sorry I'm late! I didn't get a chance to weigh myself until today (my scale at home is fritzing!!) I am SO not happy! My starting weight is 291 (WAAHHH!!!) I'm starting to get some bloat from TOM so I'm hoping some of it's just bloat...BUT, there is the weight lol!!0

Instead, you could report how much your weight has changed since your last weigh in. I also don't think weighing in is mandatory; it's a tool for us to use along the way. I think reporting a change in weight does exactly the same thing as reporting your actual weight, IMO.0 -
I will log my weight loss tomorrow I started on 1/1/13 so my weigh in will be on Tuesday's.0
