Wobble Boards

Hi All

Hope your all doing well in the first week??
Im STARVING!!!
Would like to ask if someone can help me?
I can;t find using the wobble board in the excercise database. Have tried vibrarion plates and body sculpting??

Help??

    Try looking it up on line and then manually entering the calories?
  • In tried that and the only thing I could find was I was wasting my time using it as it didnt do anything!!! Didn;t do a lot for my motivation!!!!

    I think wobble boards are consider more of a strength training tool rather than cardio, I think the benefit is gaining body core strength, the idea is to build muscle and with more muscle you burn more calories... So don't give up on using it, you will see results! Just tell yourself I'm building muscle and muscle burns more calories than fat!
