Other exercises?

Are you guys doing other exercises along with the 30DS? Share them here!

I'm planning on running 3x a week and doing some of the weight machines at the gym. I was going to run yesterday but I was so sore after finishing Day 2 that I couldn't bring myself to do it.

I walked a mile after I finished the 30 DS yesterday and lifted a little bit of weights before I stretched.

I luckily haven't been too sore yet. Hoping that it stays that way.

That's exactly what I'm planning on doing and how Day 2 was for me ; ) I was planning on going to the gym yesterday with my MIL to start the C25K and I just couldn't do it....I was so sore!
I plan to run 3x a week at the gym (doing C25K) and will be using the weight machines after.

I do the 30 DS early in the morning, late afternoon I spend 60 to 90 minutes on the treadmill & elliptical trainer and then earlier after my session at the gym my friend dragged me to attend a Gentle Flow Yoga class and I was sweating like crazy. Phew!

I'm trying to walk at least a mile every day along with the 30 Day Shred. I joined a 1 mile a day walk challenge for 2013 through Leslie Sansone's website and I'm going to see how long I can keep it up. It's hard in the winter in MI to stay motivated and get a walk in (I only use walk DVD's) but in the spring my hubby and I go for a walk every night for at least 3 miles so then it's not a struggle. Time flies by when we catch up on our day during our walks. I'm planning on getting through the 30 Day Shred with this challenge AND a minimum of a 1 mile walk a day and see how it goes. Zumba class is most Wednesdays in the winter. I go back to walking outside when the weather gets nicer and then no more Zumba.

I walk every moring after I drop my kids at school. I walk atleast 25 minutes some times up to 40 depending on the time I have. On days I don't need to go to work (Friday- Sunday) I try to get in a 5K walk. So far I did 30DS two times on Sunday (big mistake) once on Monday, and I needed to skip Tuesday I was in agony and then yesterday and today I did 30DS again

I'm going to try exercise a few times a week on top of 30 DS - just little things like elliptical, Wii Fit (mainly boxing) and maybe a bit of Wii Zumba. I'm a bit hesitant to do much extra strength training as I don't want to strain myself, but I might start up again on the muscle workouts in the Wii Fit soon (is it wrong that I'm addicted to doing rowing squats...with 1 kilo weights?) Plus I always do a fair bit of extra walking, given I am reliant on public transport.

You go, girlfriend! I admire your hark work and determination. Did you learn how to lift weights on your own or were you showed properly? I want to learn because I have these little, itty, bitty weights at home (1 lb, 2 lbs, and 10 lbs). I am trying to hit the big league with my weight lifting. Maybe try 20 lbs (hahaha, that isn't big league at all).

I go to the gym to lift and do cardio 3-4 days a week with my husband. He pushes me pretty hard and I can lift a good amount but I have cut back on weight a little while on this so I don't hurt myself. We are starting a Jiu-Jitsu class on Monday, should be interesting.
