How did everyone do this week? I only lost a pound, but it's still a step forward! :drinker:

    I did better this week, I ended up gaining a bit, but somehow losing it. I'm happy about that:)

    Starting Weight: 190.4
    Current Weight: 182
    This week: lost 2 pounds!

    I didn't lose any...but didn't gain any either. Cut out wheat, glueten, and dairy so next week should be better.

    Are you allergic or did you decide to do it for health reasons?
    I have a million allergies but gluten or dairy weren't on the list! figure that out! haha

    I forgot to weigh in on Wed & I was sick all day yesterday, but I did weigh in today.

    SW 204
    CW 190.5
    Total loss this week 4.4lbs!

    Are you kidding me? ONLY a pound?! Do you know what a pound of fat looks like? To me a pound is amazing! Maybe just me but I think great! I only lost .2 but I will snatch it because a LOSS! That is so better then nothing!
