    Day 5 is waiting on me when I get home.

    How was day 4 for you? It was suprisingly better for me than days 1-3.

    Finished day 4 earlier ... wasn't so bad but I could still feel the soreness in my legs and thighs

    Completed day 4 before work this morning. It seemed to be easier and go by faster. My legs are still a little sore, but better than day 2 :)

    Finished my day 6. It has gotten a lot easier than day 1 & 2 :)!
  • Finished day 7 today, much better than the start...still cursing those jumping jacks though!!

    Day 3 complete today took a day of recovery yesterday(don't count that as a day). Today I was able to complete L1D3 and then do 2 miles/30 min on the elliptical. I feel great today!

    Finished D4 a few hours ago. I pushed myself a bit more and did L2 for 10 minutes, in addition to L1.

    done!! and i feel so much better for it :bigsmile: very nearly never done it as didnt get in until 10.30 but i did!! so happy with myself i never would of done that normally

    It's good to hear day 4 is getting easier for everyone too! I'm starting to get a little more into the lunges and squats now that the initial soreness is over with.

    Only got a 1 mile walk in today and had to skip the shred. Worked late and just had time to get a quick 1 mile walk dvd in before my hubby needed me to turn off the noise so he could get some sleep. He gets up at 4:30 am so gets to bed early and we live in a very small house. So I'll get my shred on tomorrow plus a longer walk to make up for missing tonight. I'm just happy I motivated myself to put on my workout clothes and get a walk in. Usually I would have gone straight to the couch after a long day like today.

    I usually do it in the morning but today I had grocery shopping to do so I decided I would do it after the kids went to bed. I did complete day 4 (about 10 minutes ago LoL) but I don't think I will wait until the end of the day again. I don't have the same amount of energy that I have in the morning.

    Day 4 done. I was able to increase my weights and go deeper into the moves. Feeling great!
