Week 1 of Month 1 - Goals

Hello Ladies,

Good Morning! Hope you all are feeling good ang gearing up to start a fresh new year 2013. Wish you all a very happy new year 2013.

With that note, I would like to share my goals for this week

** To lose 0.5 Kgs by the end of this week
** Say no to sugary food
** Get atleast 2 workouts this week. Thats the hardest part for me. I never find time to exercise having a 2.5 year old around.

What are yours ? Do share it with the group.. when you do so, you are more likely to stick to it.

    Well.. I have been trying hard this week to keep up to my goals. But couldn't get my workouts done. But its ok. I will share my progress for this week soon.

    1. Lift weights every time I go into the gym. Lifting more weights is part of the key to loosing my last 20 or so pounds.
    2. Increase my intake to 1300.

    Well I did pretty well in Week1. I tried to keep those junk foods off my diary but couldn't avoid those yummy onion rings at the Hidden Valley Ski resort last weekend. No exercises so far. bad... hmm.. My weight went back and forth this week and hence did not see any weight loss progress as such. Hoping to lose atleast half KG by Week 2.
