GOALS

Ok....since this is a new group I figured I would start off a discussion on GOALS.

What is everyone's ultimate goal?

Just maintaining?

Losing weight?

What have you been doing to achieve your goal that hasn't been working?
Now, what are you doing or going to do differently?

Let's not post any successes here...let's separate those under another topic so they are highlighted.

I think this idea of Mel's to do this as a group is awesome....nobody will be left behind.

Let's do it.

Don't make a Resolution...those are meant to be broken. SET A GOAL!!

    What is everyone's ultimate goal? Alright. My goal is to lose weight. I am back up again. My ideal weight is 135 lbs. It's where I feel most comfortable. Not too thin, not overweight.

    What have you been doing to achieve your goal that hasn't been working? EVERYTHING!

    Now, what are you doing or going to do differently? Journal my food regularly. And work out regularly. I love me when I am working out - I have more energy and I feel better about myself.
