I have been on mfp for a while but have lost weight then put it back on. plus side is i have quit smoking. I am now looking for some uk friends to help with support and encouragement. I can help others too on their journey so add me and lets swap our tips and support on this journey.I have a lot of lbs to lose.

    Not from nottingham, but am a UK-er so have sent you a friend request.

    I lost 2 stone in 2011 using Livestrong to calorie count and a little exercise but over the last 12 months have put it all back on as slowly got back into bad habits and stopped exercising. Taking the exercise more seriously this time and find MFP better than livestrong although have only been using it for a little while. This time the weight is going to stay off!!!
