Hi!

I'm looking for a MFP buddy in in the St. Charles area to work out with, help motivate and keep me honest on my diet and workouts. If you are interested please add me as a friend. By way, I am happy to meet up as a group :-).

    I'm in Lake St Louis but am 'commitment challenged' when it comes to MFP. Lol. If u get a group meet up together let me know.

    I work in St. Charles and just moved out to Lake Saint Louis.

    They are opening a gym in LSL across the from the Walmart. FINALLY...before that you had to go to Wentzville or Ofallon for a gym. My husband, my son, and I joined. It's supposed to be opening mid-January.

    I haven't noticed that and I drive past there all the time! We are currently looking at joining the Renaud Center to get our son in for some swim lessons and stuff. What kind of gym is going in?
