Hi,
Is anyone doing turbofire and following a low carb diet? Would love to hear about your success/results? It doesn't have to be extreme low carb either. I believe in choosing the right carbs but keeping them to a minimum.
Thanks!!

I was surprised to see so many dinner recipes in the turbofire recommendations with carbs in them!
A general guideline that I've heard many times (and I've had good success with in the past) that I'm pretty well abiding by is no carbs at dinner or after. They are better earlier in the day.
Carbs are generally recommended for:
breakfast- a good option of a bread, oatmeal, or cereal product.
lunch- brown rice, quinoa, whole grain pasta sometimes- i try to avoid a bunch of bread products unless I'm "eating out"
at Subway or something
I try to abide by this, but sometimes a delicious dinner carb sneaks in!!!0
