Just finished day 6!!

    Way to go!! :)

    I finished D6 as well. Today I did 19 minutes of Insanity (Calisthenics) and Belly dancing. Another 20+ of walking, 5 minutes of Calisthenics again followed by 24 minutes of the 30 Day Shred. I feel so proud of myself and surprisingly energized. Now to hit the shower!

    Can't wait to read about everyone else's shred today!

    30 day shred done and a 2 mile 12 minute/mile walk dvd plus stretch time for 10 minutes. I feel good. Went to the grocery store and bought lots of healthy foods and have lunches and dinners planned for the week. Made homemade soup for my lunches all week and a quiche for my breakfasts each day and then dinners are ready to be made following Emeals. I love Emeals. Makes grocery shopping so much easier. Have a good night. Time to watch new season of Biggest Loser.

    I did Day 6 and it's starting to seem easier. My lungs don't burn and my heart doesn't race anymore even after completing the entire routine non-stop.

    Well I was a third of the way through with the routine and I believed I pulled a muscle in my thigh because I fell over in pain. So I stoped the dvd liced and elivated my lege. My ex Nate was over watching the Redskins game and herd me, came over, carried me to the couch and refused to let me leave to hardly do anything. He was really sweet but told me to stop pushing myself so hard. Slow and steady wins the race. Sop I may or may not do day 6 overf tonight. Just depends on my leg
