Weigh-Less

Anyone on MFP following the Weigh-Less Programme? I'm thinking of signing up as I just don't have the self discipline to do this alone. I need someone looking over my shoulder. I plan on using MFP to track my food and exercise and WL for the eating plan.
It worked for me in the past (and then I fell pregnant and the wheels fell off the bus)

It works but I find it too hard to stick to their plans. You are never hungry but making sure you get all the foods they prescribed is a schlepp and I really don't like that they use so much artifical sweetener in their plans.
Not really helping you am I0 -
I am with weigh-less even though i dont follow the plan 100%. What I like about it is that they give you options and you structure your meals they want to. Week 1, 2, and 3 they give you a set menu just so you see what a menu plan should look like and then from week 4 they give you a food list. Which rates the food as good, better and best. There is a LOT of food on that food list, they then tell you you need to have food in a particular way like 5 carbs, 3 fruits, 3 veg, 2 milk, and 1 fat portion daily and the booklet will tell you what you can choose and the portions. Really easy, and you never go hungry, sometimes I actually feel like i am over-eating but its all healthy food.
And the weekly weigh-ins help to make you accountable. I would really recommend it, I have tried alot of diets and this for me is something easy and that will be easy to maintain in the future as well.0 -
I was on WL about 7-8 years ago and lost a good number (12kgs.) I couldnt keep with the units/points when travelling abroad and I eventually stopped going when I was no longer losing at the weigh-ins (too mortifying). I believe it has changed now and they do things a little differently/better. I still think it is a very good system and I would certainly recommend giving it a go.
Good luck!0 -
