I hope you all join me with buring calories again this year. Challenge yourself by increasing the amount of calories burned. We did 100,000 for 2012, let's aim for 125,000 more for 2013. We all did good keeping track of our calories burned so we can do that again this year. Tell us your goal for burning calories for 2013
