I hope you all join me with buring calories again this year. Challenge yourself by increasing the amount of calories burned. We did 100,000 for 2012, let's aim for 125,000 more for 2013. We all did good keeping track of our calories burned so we can do that again this year. Tell us your goal for burning calories for 2013

I plan to burn 130,000 for 2013

    I will aim for 125,000 this year. I have the flu, so I'm off to a very slooooow start.

    Great goal. I hope you feel better, it maybe just the two of us but that will be okay we can keep each other motivated. I do not have the flu and I am off to a rather slow start. I exercised New Year's day have not done anything since.

    Hello,

    I have not been able to exercise for the last 2 weeks but my doctors released me today to start back exercising. So though my # will not be high in January I will do what I can to finish out the month. Keep moving everyone
