questions about allergies

Since I am a new vegan, I have a question about allergies. When you get seasonal allergies, what do you take for it? I am very anti-medication so I've always used local, raw honey for several days to compate it. This fall I got lucky and didn't have any issues with allergies. If I do this spring, what should I do or take?

I would prefer to not take any prescription meds for my allergies but sanity wins out when eczema starts creeping up. I resort to Zyrtec (cetirizine) or Hydroxyzine when needed. For general allergies, a neti pot may be a good option to wash away allergens in your nasal passages, taking vitamin C and quercetin to kick up the immune system, making sure home/car air filters are in good shape and overall keeping of your house less allergy-prone (ie. regularly wash the bedsheets, dust house).0

I take Reactin, it works instantly... I'm not anti-medication though.0

A B-Vitamin Complex. I suffer from awful allergies all year round- fluid in my ear, swollen glands, drainage, THE WORKS. And since I have started taking a B-vitamin complex, my allergy symptoms have been cut in half!0

I take a natural supplement called ALJ as a seasonal relief formula.0
