Hey everyone. This group is pretty quiet so I thought I would try to get some conversation going.
I'm not sure about everyone else but I struggle to find healthy good recipes that don't take hours to make or break the budget. Anyone want to share any of theirs or sites they find their recipes from?

I love my slowcooker, you just throw everything in and leave it, then freeze it in portion sizes. That helps me. I like pinterest but have never thought about checking it out for recipes, I am going to do that now!0

I'm into healthy eating, but not terribly picky on taste... lol but I'm single and I live alone so simplest is best for me.
Dry Cottage Cheese 0.5 cup
Greek Yogurt plain (0% fat) 0.5 cup
Organic Pure Honey 1 tbsp
delicious late nite snake, no fuss no muss
Flaked Tuna in water 1 can
Half Fat Mayo 1 tbsp
Mustard 0.5 tbsp
Lemon Juice just a bit
dash of pepper
Ryvita crackers x 4
again not crazy delicious, but not bad and very clean0 -
Kraft is a great source for health eating recipes and they really taste good, too!0
