HI All I'm Vix

I am a vegetarian in Hull
aged 37
had managed to lose 2 and half stone then managed to put most of it back on again
currently at 13 stone 9 and full of positivity to get back on track with diet and exercise....

I regularly go to Zumba (love it!)
and jogging with friends - am intending on starting Parkruns as well in the next few weeks.

would love some MFP friends to help keep each other motivated.

    Gosh you've done really well Vix. I am a half-hearted runner (never quite attaining the 5k). Occasionally getting ahead but mostly falling behind! Lindy

    Welcome im currently on day 7 of Insanity and its great.

    I need to start doing some jogging/running soon lol

    Hi Lindy - I'm not a natural runner but i do like the fact that it gets you outside and that it's free to do.

    my first ever non-stop 5k was over the humber bridge and back - think the idea of being able to brag that i've done that helped me manage it - it was SO hard to do.... maybe i should put that on my list of things to achieve again this year?
