Oh, whoops! For some reason I thought weigh-in was on Wednesdays. Good thing I happened to weigh myself this morning anyway!
Week 1 weigh-in: 147.5 pounds
Week 2 weigh-in: 145 pounds
I lost 2.5 pounds since last week. I didn't mean to lose more than a pound, it just happened. I can't say I don't enjoy seeing the scale go down that rapidly, but I'm also worried I might be under-eating. MFP has me doing 1200 calories a day, and now I'm wondering if that's low. Normally I'd love to drop weight that quickly, but I'm trying to get pregnant and don't want to deprive my body of nutrition. I might up my daily intake to 1300 and see how that goes.0 -

week 1 - 213.1
week 2 210.9 so a 2.2 lb loss for me.. yay!! I almost didnt think I was going to make it.. I did stick to my workout goals, but a couple days I went way over on calories.. didnt even track on sunday, and ate prob 1500-1600 calories a day, a bit over my goal of 1300ish.0 -
I started late and weighed 146.5 on january 6th.
Today I weighed 147.
I ll have to play catch up next week. Everyone is doing awesome!!!!0 -

I have been super bloated and my feet were swollen and that went away. I want to get back to 198 because that is where i was at before christmas.0 -
I'm down to 204.4. (4 pounds lost) Sorry I missed the weigh in date. I don't think my brain has caught up from the holidays yet.
