Positive changes for the New Year

Just this new year I have decided to cut back from being a vegetarian and found my comforts in the concept of going pescatartian. I strongly believe in "cheat days" if for some reason I crave a food outside of these food choices. I strive to become healthier in small ways, to take small goals one day at a time. I welcome any advice from folks who have been practicing this method for a year or longer, thank you.

I've been Pescatarian for 6 years now and do enjoy the way I eat. I do eat Vegetarian meals a lot, but I live on the coast and still enjoy fresh wild-caught fish and shellfish as well. I have found that it is fairly easy to eat out, eating this way, although some call me a vegetarian. Good luck to you in the new year.0
