Revised Calorie Goals

I have revised my calorie goal downward from 1500 to 1400. I thought the higher calories would kick-start weight loss, but that doesn't seem to work for me. I am also doing well at my 11 servings of fruits and veggies. Any thoughts about calorie goals?

I've tried raising my calories to stimulate weigh loss too, didn't work for me either! I'm a bit confused by the whole concept, but I do know people it has worked for. I guess we'll just have to keep plugging along the old fashioned way!0
