I have lost 23 lb. and it hasn’t been easy I struggle a lot to keep losing weight and now with the Christmas around the corner hope I don’t gain more weight :smile:

    around 20 lbs, I need 70 more! I just calculated it and holy hell. I was fat as **** (still am but going down and not up again!)

    Well the holiday menus don't help specially if you for the latin community. Who gain weight these past 2 months? I gained 6 pounds but i lost 3 this month so far.

    latina here, I managed to lose 3 kg! I'm excited. I made a low carb desert and everything :)
