I just weighed in at 151.8 which is a .9 lb loss from last week. My fat mass is at 31.0 which is no change from last week. My fat mass is 47 lbs which is down .3 lbs since last week. More importantly my lean mass is at 104.8 which is a 1.1 lb gain. So I'm calling this a total win.

On my first weigh-in of 2013 on Jan. 2, I was 158; I had put on a lot (about fourteen pounds) over the holidays (water retention and fudge retention). By our official weigh-in on Jan. 6, I was back down to 150.2. Today, I am 147.2 -- a loss of 3 pounds for week one. Unfortunately, I still have a few pounds to lose until I am back down to pre-holiday weight, but that will hopefully come off quickly, too.0
