    I have lost 4.3 pounds for the week. I have been under the weather with my stomach this last week and haven't eaten too much.

    This week 268.9lb. Only 0.5lb loss but I'll take it! It's going in the right direction! Yay!

    On my first weigh-in of 2013 on Jan. 2, I was 158; I had put on a lot (about fourteen pounds) over the holidays (water retention and fudge retention). By our official weigh-in on Jan. 6, I was back down to 150.2. Today, I am 147.2 -- a loss of 3 pounds for week one. Unfortunately, I still have a few pounds to lose until I am back down to pre-holiday weight, but that will hopefully come off quickly, too.

    Weighed myself a couple of days ago and was down 4 pounds.

    I will be curious to see what happens at the next weigh-in - birthdays and hormonal cycles have conspired against me this past week!

    I have lost 1.8lbs since last Sunday. Happy with that as I only exercised twice last week! CW is now 147.2lbs

    I still weigh 163lb, which is a miracle in itself really!! I started the week really well, then really bad, then levelled out again :)

    Weighed in this morning - down 5 pounds. Just started last week, so most likely just water weight.

    Went from 169.8 on the 3rd to 164.2 this morning. 5.6 pounds in 10 days. Definitely water weight but still a nice start to the challenge :)
