I have lost 4.3 pounds for the week. I have been under the weather with my stomach this last week and haven't eaten too much.0

On my first weigh-in of 2013 on Jan. 2, I was 158; I had put on a lot (about fourteen pounds) over the holidays (water retention and fudge retention). By our official weigh-in on Jan. 6, I was back down to 150.2. Today, I am 147.2 -- a loss of 3 pounds for week one. Unfortunately, I still have a few pounds to lose until I am back down to pre-holiday weight, but that will hopefully come off quickly, too.0

I still weigh 163lb, which is a miracle in itself really!! I started the week really well, then really bad, then levelled out again0

Went from 169.8 on the 3rd to 164.2 this morning. 5.6 pounds in 10 days. Definitely water weight but still a nice start to the challenge0
