well done you! I have lost 3 1/2 lb since 2nd Jan & am back to pre Christmas weight. I had given myself a target 1 1/2 lbs lower by tomorrow-(not going to happen!) then 1 lb p/week until 10th. maybe I can make up the shortfall by next Sunday?

I lost 6 pounds since January 1st. In addition to changing my eating habits and working out I have also been taking raspberry ketones which seem to be aiding in weight loss.0 -

Just calorie...eat fruits/vegetables...lots of protein....some exercise0
