I have lost 1.8lbs since last Sunday. Happy with that as I only exercised twice last week! CW is now 147.2lbs0

I still weigh 163lb, which is a miracle in itself really!! I started the week really well, then really bad, then levelled out again0

Went from 169.8 on the 3rd to 164.2 this morning. 5.6 pounds in 10 days. Definitely water weight but still a nice start to the challenge0

Down .6 this week. But I've gained a huge amount of knowledge of what NOT to do next week. Will also start exercising this week and see what happens. I'll weigh in regardless of how up or down I go. It's all about being honest with myself. Hoping there are more downs than ups for everyone0

No one should feel bad about a 1.5 loss! That is something to celebrate...even my .6 shows progress. Sometimes progress can't be seen on the outside right away. Changing your mind set doesn't weigh anything, but it sure counts for progress made. Congrats everyone on your progress this week, seen or unseen.0

Need to take my picture still but my weight is down 3 pounds. (I had reset my weight on my profile on 1/1/13.) I did a good amount of working out and sticking with low carbs early in the week but it trickled off towards Thursday. My goal this week is to make it to Friday LOL Great Job everyone. Keep it up!! One week down - 9 to go!!0

TOM is almost upon me...skipping this weigh in...but have lost inches! And my work pants are fitting a bit big. And my jeans that were a little snug...fit perfect. So, I'm still on track at least! *phew*0

I had a perfect week: did all my Insanity workouts. Ate my BMI and netted at MFPs recommendations. Did a near perfect 40/40/20 macro split. Plenty of sleep equals.... No loss.

Well, today I'm weighing in at exactly what I did a week ago, but a couple days ago I was down 1.2lbs. AF is coming this week and I've been bad with the sodium, so I'm not sure what's really accurate!
But for the sake of consistency I'll record no change and see what happens next week! I normally weigh-in on Mondays, but today is my birthday and I don't want to worry about the scale tomorrow.0 -
