Ok, was a bit troubled at the beginning of the week. Then saw I wasn't drinking enough water and lost the weight! Jillian Michaels Shred IIT is a bit hard. But one minute at a time, LOL.
MFP states I should be eating 1200 cals a day. My Doctor said 1400. Uping my cal intake to 1400 as I feel I am losing to fast and it won't stay off!

I have lost 11 and 3/8 inches!! Even if your weight loss is kind of slow like mine, it may be encouraging to measure yourself every month or so. It sure boosted me!0 -

Have you seen Joe Cross's movie "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead?" We watched it twice, and I decided to try a 15 day reboot. I am currently on day 9, and I am thinking of increasing my reboot to the end of the month. I am truly impressed with the return of energy that I am experiencing. My thinking has also benefited from eating, drinking, and juicing fruits and veggies. I am amazed that my hunger is satisfied and I feel so much better in my skin. Congrats to all who are seeing progress and also to those who are hanging in there! :happy:0
