    Ok, was a bit troubled at the beginning of the week. Then saw I wasn't drinking enough water and lost the weight! Jillian Michaels Shred IIT is a bit hard. But one minute at a time, LOL.
    MFP states I should be eating 1200 cals a day. My Doctor said 1400. Uping my cal intake to 1400 as I feel I am losing to fast and it won't stay off!

    Thank you so much. I figure to already be in 220s, it didn't make sense to stay at that number.

    Hey guys, I took measurements when we started this challenge, and I took measurements on January 13, 2013 (bust, waist, lo waist, hip, both upper arms, both thighs, both calfs). I have lost 11 and 3/8 inches!! Even if your weight loss is kind of slow like mine, it may be encouraging to measure yourself every month or so. It sure boosted me!

    Have you seen Joe Cross's movie "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead?" We watched it twice, and I decided to try a 15 day reboot. I am currently on day 9, and I am thinking of increasing my reboot to the end of the month. I am truly impressed with the return of energy that I am experiencing. My thinking has also benefited from eating, drinking, and juicing fruits and veggies. I am amazed that my hunger is satisfied and I feel so much better in my skin. Congrats to all who are seeing progress and also to those who are hanging in there! :happy:
