    Down 6.3 lbs...I actually got down to 161.7 but I changed game plans two days ago and went from a low-carb diet to trying to follow my macros goals here...and My body is going crazy have to try to eat more...it is soooo confused right now...lol.

    So freaking excited. I know i won't see major loses like this in the future but this ^^^^ feels AMAZING. It's crazy what a difference 1 week makes, especially how I feel.

    i lost nada! actually, i was up 2.5 pounds (water retention I'm sure, too much sodium, TOM). but I've been doing 30 day shred so I've lost inches (down 1.5 on the hips, .5 on arms and .5 on thighs). I'll take it as a win and move on.
