Simply reply with your current weight and a goal for 6 weeks and 12 weeks. A halfway goal and a complete goal.:flowerforyou:

2-18-13 halfway goal- 252

4-01-13 Complete Goal- 248

Hope everyone is ready to enjoy the ride. I am shooting for 248 but Ill take 5 if I can get it off. If you are like me I struggle with losing but Im ready to try :happy:

    I'm ready! I am a yo-yo dieter and was diagnosed diabetic 15 years ago. Over the years, my top weight had even hit 200.

    Over the 15 months, I lost 20 pounds, motivated by a rise in glucose levels and a determination to not increase my daily dosage of medication (Janumet). After consulting a nutritionist and committing to diet and exercise, my weight and glucose levels stabilized, but I began to slip this past November and gained 5 pounds. Last week, at 160 lbs., I discovered MFP and look forward to strength and synergy of the group to get back on track.

    Sorry I am late in chiming in...had my 1st appointment with my educator/nutritionist. Sigh.

    Today weight. 191

    Mid feb....188

    End of march. 185.

    I will have no problem if more falls off but with what my instructor said and by following it, I will not really be losing weight.
