My name is Janelle, and I am from central North Carolina. I have been married to my LEO for 9 years. We are both trying to get healthy. Looking forward to getting in shape and hopefully a lot slimmer this year.

    I've been a LEOW for 9 years. Stay at home mom of 2, ages 3.5 and 2. It's tough.... I always feel like no one really understands what it's like to be a LEOW. I've lost 50 lbs in the last 1 1/2 years and I'm ready to get serious and get to my goal weight this year. I've been on MFP for a year, but haven't been consistent in logging in. I think having some friends to go through this with would help.

    I'm an officer's wife... I"ve been a MFP member for a while but also just recently got serious about losing it all. It's amazing how helpful it is to see exactly how many calories I'm consuming each day.. Looking for support and encouragement too.
