I have been from 198.something up to 200.0 since Christmas. I had dropped below 200 lbs for the first time in nearly 15 years and now it just won't leave me alone!! This morning (14Jan) I was back at 200.0. Since I weigh in on Sundays though, I am sticking to the last official weigh in. Same as the previous week. Grrr. TOM just left though, so I am hoping that my weight will dip at least a little in the coming days.0 -
175.4-->172.6, so -2.8? Happy to be making progress again! Of course, I'm still just losing the holiday weight, so I'll feel a lot better when I'm below 170!0

So freaking excited. I know i won't see major loses like this in the future but this ^^^^ feels AMAZING. It's crazy what a difference 1 week makes, especially how I feel.

I lost 1/2lb. I've been slowing down a lot, so I think I'm going to mix things up and see if I can boost my metabolism again. Sorry I'm posting so late, it's also the start up of grad school again.
