1 hour Zumba class done tonight. Rest of week will be 30 day shred. Nothing hurt while doing zumba. Really irritating that I'm in pain after 20 minutes of Jillian but I can do 60 minutes of Zumba and not be in any pain - just burn over 400 calories and get a good sweat on.0

Took a rest day yesterday because I had a migraine and I've missed one other day so I'm 2 days behind everyone else.

Finished Day 14 and actually was able to make it all the way through! I still don't have the shoulder endurance to make it all the way through the plank positions, but my wrists and hips aren't quite as painful as they were. I had a string cheese right before I exercised and I think it helped with the nausea problem.0
