    Hi there; Dave from Leeds here! Mmmmm this group seems a bit quiet can we not kick it up a notch?

    Anyhoo let;s see how we go...

    I'm 47 and having dropped from 250 lbs to between 195 - 200 lbs over 2 years I'm now looking to turn the wobbly bits into something a bit more solid; whilst my goal isn't to really lose any more weight but to gain hey were all Yorkies together!

    Feel free to add me and lets see if we cant get (and stay) motivated together! All the best for 2013
