When I travel, I like to still get a Crossfit workout in..but many times the equipment just isn't readily available to make that happen. I came across...

about a year ago and it's my GO-TO website when I'm out of town!! There are some GREAT WODs on there and I even use it at home sometimes!!!!

    Have you considered doing a drop in class at one of the local box's where you are going?

    It's free, works on smartphone, tablet, Windows, or Mac - but there's nothing to download , and no app to install. Just visit the web page. I created this because the old travelingwod.com site went offline and hasn't come back.
