Just to say I lost 3lb this week, so have another 6lb to lose to meet the challenge! :happy:

    Well done on your losses. Spamantha, I'm feeling better, jeans are feeling better too! Would like to see a dramatic change on the scales though grr!

    ^ Yeah I'd be happy with just a little change in the right direction to show what I'm doing is working... I'm rather impatient & trying not to get discouraged... Seems like everyone's lost 3-4lbs the past week & my scale hasn't budged.

    Not as well as I'd hoped ,but, losing anything is better than gaining!!!! My first week on myfitnesspal also. Still figuring things out. lol Good luck everyone!!!

    I only lost 1/2 lb this week and thought i'd do better,but, it's still better than gaining!!! Whatever you do don't give up. You can do this.

    Don't get discouraged! You may just be gaining muscle. Plus, you said you FEEL better so that counts!

    weighed myself today lost 0.9 lbs---at least im not gaining. have to do better and keep trying. i will!!!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

    Smood: My dairy is open to those I'm friends with. I also started Insanity last week, but had to miss the past 2-3 days because I was throwing up & stayed in bed. Feeling a lil better today though & hopefully back to normal tomorrow.

    I hate how you get that massive drop in the first week (I know it's water loss usually) and get all excited, then go down slowly. I feel like I've failed somehow even though I did actually lose just over 2 lbs this week which is good!
