    OMG! My body is soo sore, I can barely move! I had done the shred and ripped in 30 so I thought I was in shape but geez, insanity is no joke lol!
    I can't wait till I can breeze through this.

    Congrats on getting through this the first time! How long did it take for your body to get accustomed to the intensity?

    Hey All! Just completed day seven! I'm hyped about seeing progress. I already feel much stronger than day 1. This workout is definitely the hardest workout I have ever done in my life. Pushups are my enemy, but I hope I can master at least ten good ones by the end. This program takes sweating to another level. Gotta keep this thing going because when you really want to make a change in yourself, you just have to "Dig Deep"! Good luck with your workouts.

    YES! Insanity is not for the faint at heart. I always use a heartrate monitor, that way I know exactly how many calories I burned!!

    @Freshdiasy. It took me at least 2 weeks to get accustomed to the intensity and to get all the workouts down!
    To put it into perspective. On day one of Insanity I could only do ONE regular pushup the rest were on my knees. AFTER the 60 Days of Insanity I could do 20!! Such a huge difference.
    @Aurga321. Glad to see you are hyped!! That is good. Keep that going as most don't stick with it!! You got this!!

    Hi Everybody!! I've joined a little early, my Insanity is on it's way, will be here this week. I joined because I am finally taking the jump to do Insanity and I'm SCARED :)
    I did find a free app for my phone (android), Beach Body Start Time Estimator. It has all the Beachbody programs and each dvd per program. I'm doing workouts before i get the kids up. You put the end time in, what program and workout you are doing and it tells you what time you need to start to be done for the given time, AWESOME!

    That program sounds cool. I have iphone so not sure if there is one for Iphone.
