My Goal for the Month of February:


Lose 10lbs
Exercise 10 Hours


I will Post my Beginning Weight on Feb 1st

    I will join!

    Working on goal now, but like to add to it for February....I would like to continue workouts, maybe add some more and loose 7 - 10 pounds (keep fluctuating now :) ) Will be ready to weigh in!

    My weight loss goal for February is to lose 10 pounds. I will post my start weight on Feb 1st. I'll also try and think up some fitness goals for the month.

    I would like to join the challenge for February. I will post my weight on the 1st of February. My exercise at this time will be walking and chair exercises.

    I would like to join....my goal is to lose at least 30 pounds by May....and to be able to run a 5k.

    Mkay February 1st. And my start weight for the month is 198. I'm hoping to get into the 180s by the end of the month. For fitness I basically just want to continue working out 5x a week. I also want to become more comfortable jogging on the treadmill so that I can start C25K in March.

    My weight on Feburary 1st is 216...I hope to get down to 200 by the end of the month.
