How many calories a day do you eat for your weight loss program, and how does the calorie counting effect your meals and food intake?

Remember...this is a safe space, don't feel like you need to be self conscious, we are all different, and our bodies are different!

So here is mine:

I'm 5'4.
My starting weight was 175
My current weight is around 163
And my daily intake goal is 1500 calories a day :)

    5'7" starting weight in general high 170's not sure exactly what, starting weight on here about 165, current weight 155, calories well this set it at 1480 but that's under my BMR and I'm more focused on reducing BF% so I upped it to be above my BMR and between 15 and 20% below my TDEE so it's 1600 now.

    I'm 5'5 SW:280(may have been higher, but i dont like to think about it lol) CW273, my goals at first was 1800, i lowered it about a month ago to a goal of 1510...with the holidays i was kinda all over the place. One week I'd lose, then next I'd gain back plus an extra lb. I havent weighed myself in about a week so idk how I am doing..kinda scared to lol I def realized I was eating a ton! Now I am forced to make better choices or I wont be under my goal! Weekends I am more lax about it, but M-F i try my hardest. 5 days outta 7 isnt bad!

    Calories per day: 1350 per MFP, I generally eat between 1200-1350, sometimes more if I worked out that day :)

    CPD: i shoot for between 12 and 1400 but i'm not terribly upset if i get to 1500. i tend to eat more on days i work out a lot.
