    Even though AF/TOM came to visit me on Saturday I still have a loss for the week. Yeah!

    SW for this challenge: 197.2
    Last weeks weight: 195.2
    This weeks weight: 194.4

    I lost 0.8 pounds. WoOt! Getting closer to the 180's!!

    Maintained and forgot to do my numbers, but a pair of pants I had that didn't used to fit totally do now so I'm going to call it improvement~

    which has become my normal.......down 2 lbs , up one, down, up..
    3 steps forward, and 2 steps back..
    need to get out of this cycle!!!

    Holding steady on the scale, have stepped up my workouts and been eating better so hoping for a loss soon. However, clothes are feeling looser, probaly should start tracking measurements!

    This week 207 stayed the same from 1st week weigh in still up 2lbs from beginning. I am going the wrong way.....:(
