Even though AF/TOM came to visit me on Saturday I still have a loss for the week. Yeah!

I lost 0.8 pounds. WoOt! Getting closer to the 180's!!

Maintained and forgot to do my numbers, but a pair of pants I had that didn't used to fit totally do now so I'm going to call it improvement~0

which has become my normal.......down 2 lbs , up one, down, up..
3 steps forward, and 2 steps back..
