Everyone has done SOOO great so far & have lost so much weight! I am so proud of you all! I on the other hand am stuck at my start weight still! I joined a local boot camp designed for weight loss and I am so satisfied with the program so far. I am on my way and I know I will start losing soon and hopefully I will get close to my goal still. Even If I don't I know I will get there soon! Keep up the great work everyone and stay motivated. I fell off the weight loss wagon for a while but I am back stronger then ever :drinker:

Forgot to weigh-in yesterday. Crazy day. But here I am. I back on track and embracing the sore days. I actually changed my words and instead of saying pain, I say "I am feeling BRAND NEW." It is all mental right?!

I have been sick this week, so some of this week's loss could rebound as I get well, and if so, I will be ok with that (I did not say happy). I am perservering.

Everyone is doing great on this challenge. I am so impressed. I really want to encourage myself and others who are moving forward bit by bit to remember that our persistance is critical for the long haul, no matter the pace of our loss right now.

Getting there. I was a bit naughty with my diet a couple times this weekend, but I feel giving myself a break every once in a while isn't so bad. It only cost me half a pound, and I can lose that back this week and then some. We fluctuate daily anyway!

You are right. It's ok to cheat every once in awhile. I let myself cheat on Christmas Day and New Years Eve. It didnt' seem to hurt one bit. You keep up the good work!

I haven't been back to the group in a while, but I have been weighing in on MFP at least. I'm going to try and get a little more active in discussion seeing as I went off on my own to track and exercise and it seems being healthy just made me stick where I was. Went back to my original habits before I ate to keep my mind off abuse seeing as I'm by myself now. Hoping that I'll lose weight even without eating healthy seeing as the healthy didn't work in the least.

I am up & down, up & down. This week, I gained because yesterday was our anniversary and we went to Olive Garden to celebrate. I ordered the Shrimp Fetticine alfredo with chicken dumpling soup and ate chocolate dessert. Oh yeah, filled up on bread sticks, too. Very high cal meal. Thankfully, our anniversary only comes once a year. My hubby pigged out too. My birthday is on Monday so that's another free day.

Thanks! Between a moderately high workload, parenting, and aiding a parent with pneumonia, I felt the urge to indulge and ease some stress here and there without guilt. It only adds to the stress to resist the temporary fixes, which will explode even bigger later and be counter-productive.

Best wishes and congratulations with everyone's progress!
