I was a bit naughty with my diet a couple times this weekend, but I feel giving myself a break every once in a while isn't so bad. Everyone has done SOOO great so far & have lost so much weight! I am so proud of you all! I on the other hand am stuck at my start weight still! :sad: I joined a local boot camp designed for weight loss and I am so satisfied with the program so far. I am on my way and I know I will start losing soon and hopefully I will get close to my goal still. Even If I don't I know I will get there soon! Keep up the great work everyone and stay motivated. I let myself cheat on Christmas Day and New Years Eve. It didnt' seem to hurt one bit. You keep up the good work!
