swim wear

I thought I would just post this to the UK people rather than on the main boards.
Can anyone recommend a good "brand" of swim-wear for an out of shape woman (think tummy control )
I started regularly swimming and aqua aerobics (3x a week) back in November, and I have already worn one costume out, which seems a little poor as it wasnt cheap.
Many thanks
Tracey

I've got this one and can heartily recommend it. Seems to be surviving the chlorine and rinsing really well without fading or fraying.

Also it's only £24 now. Was £40 when I bought mine. Flattering shape and the crossover at the back stops the straps from slipping off your shoulders as you swim or jump around at aqua.0 -
Thanks for that. I had an M&S costume, and it didnt last well at all! It got very thin very quickly I'll look into the zoggs ones.
Anyone else have any suggestions?0 -
there's a slazenger one on ebay at the moment, from sports direct

not bad price either :-)0 -
The favourite ones I have are from Decathlon (though I had to really search through what they had - some are terrible quality and not very good for larger people!) and M&S (it looks and feels nice on but it's quite new so I don't know it wears yet).0

I bought this one from matalan and couldn't believe how well it holds shape - it's a tummy control one and quite slimming too and price is great:

I've got one of these and it is fab, the 'boyleg' hides the tops of my legs and the fit is fantastic. Its not tummy control as such but does help to hold it in. The quality is good too, I'm on my second one as I lost weight and the last one got baggy on me. They are a really good price and come in different colour combinations from sports direct.0 -
The biggest issue with swimwear is not a lot of it that you can buy from M&S and such are resistant to the chlorine used in pools, let alone salt in sea water. if they are not rinsed out properly following a swim they will get crystalline and degrade
You best bet is one of the speedo endurance ones, try wiggle

Anna Cole Suddenly Slim! I got mine from TKMaxx so not sure where stocks them but I have a halter neck black swimming costume that seems to do everything right in the right places.
Good luck and well done with your weight loss0
