My Cat Bullies my Boyfriend!

I have the most beautiful ragdoll cat, named Bella.
My boyfriend and I bought her together in March 2011 (she turned 2 on dec 23rd 2012) & Generally, as ragdolls are, she's pacid and calm loves all kinds of cuddles and affection, but for the last few months she's started to "bully" my boyfriend, alot, she'll chase him around bite his feet and ankles scratch him for no reason and growns and meows at him.
Additonal info: We've lived together for the whole time we've had her and he's usually the one that feeds her in the morning because he's a lighter sleeper and so he'll wake up easier than i will. She's more affectionate with me and will lay on me and cuddle for ever. But apart from when she's being a bully, she does get on fine with him.
We've pretty much put the reason down to I'm her mum and she loves me & he's just her B*tch :P
Can anyone think of an actual reason she's acting like this?

Have you ever seen the show "my cat from hell"? If not, you should check it out. They offer solutions to problems like this0

Does your boyfriend play "more roughly" with her, aka chase her? Or do you sometimes chase each other or wrestle for fun or something like that so she could adopt the behavior?
Or maybe she just wants to play more. Generally, when they do stuff like chase you or claw at your feet, they want to play. Maybe you're mommy who she'll go to when she wants to cuddle, so she wants daddy to be her playmate?!0 -
We do play with her quite a bit, with little toy fishies and mice and toys on sticks etc. She loves to play fetch, and when ever we have "played roughly" shes never seemed to have the intent of causing any harm, but now with him, she's ripped clothes, dug her claws in, left big scatches etc, which is why I was a little concerned, but its not all the time or anything and hopefully it's just a phase...0
