Hello everyone!

Welcome to the summer challenge! Christmas is not the only time of the year when we want to look great. Summer holidays are very important too! Let's all be healthier this summer! Lose all the holidays weight, keep our goal of being healthier and enjoy a whole year looking better than the year before (I sure want that!)

    I don't have 2o lbs to lose but would still love to be part of this group. Having weekly weigh ins really helps me. I have 7.6 lbs to go. I hope it's ok if I stay.

    Thanks manenina for hunting me down! I am looking forward to working in this group. 20 weeks is a good time frame for a challenge and I have found the results stick instead of trying to force the weight off in smaller time frames. I also have a spreadsheet that I have found to be successful for previous groups and would love to help keep track of the group's overall progress, and to send some weekly updates to everyone. Let's do it!

    I am going to Disney with my family in May and would love to have made some good progress by then including running in another 5k.

    Hello - I have recently decided I need to lose some weight before my holiday to New York and Florida so I definitely need to start eating healthier and exercising. Hope it's ok that I have joined this group :) I would like to lose about 15lbs to feel happy but I may want to lose a bit more.

    I have lost 42 lbs and my current weight is 143 but I would really love to lose 10 more lbs before summer! :happy:

    I'm happy that people keep joining the group! Like Michael said: we've done this sort of challenge before and manage to keep the weight off!

    @Michael: Disney sounds fantastic! Holidays are a great opportunity to take pictures of our(healthier)selves and use them as motivation!
