Ok everyone sorry I am late with this weeks challenge. I was thinking about this weeks challenge and we will have a fitness challenge and nutritional challenge.


FITNESS CHALLENGE: This week everyone is going to be at their own pace. Give YOURSELF a goal for burning calories this week, ending on Monday. No number is too small:flowerforyou: Check in daily and see if you meet your goal for the week.

NUTRITIONAL CHALLENGE: This week let's plan ahead (if you do so already, keep it up!) Daily post what you will be having for breakfast/lunch/dinner/ If you would like to add snacks also, would be great. I feel if we have a plan, you pick healthier choices.

    My goal for this week is to burn 2,500 calories effective today through Monday.

    I am shooting for a minimum of 1200 (200 calories a day with jog). I know it will be more as I only put in my early morning activity. This doesn't include all I do throughout the day in my school district; haven't kept track of all those calories yet.

    Good Morning - It is freezing today in NY - I borrowed my sons stationery bike so I could exercise in house.

    1677 total calories...eek..i hope i make it to 2500!

    I burned 1395 calories so far. My goal is 3000, we shall see if I make it!

    I have been bad with my meals:sad: I will do great for breakfast, then its downhill from there. I think my problem is that I need to go to the grocery store today and stock up! Have a great day team!
