I enjoy running.. I typically run 4-6 days a week in the New Bern area. Anybody out there want to start running together?

    So, it seems therer aren't many New Bernians on MFP. I'm from New Bern but live in the DC area now. I just started running but when I progress a little more I'll message you and see if you want to go for a run.

    Correct Sir, slim pickens on the New bernians. dont wait to progress to move on to a tougher challenge. the best way to improve your running wether it be distance or speed is to run with someone faster than you. I love your goals on your profile. stick to it and good luck!!!
